This is actually an all around dressing. It also turns into a nice dip or as a cold sauce for BBQ meat and veggies if added finely chopped herbs like chives, parsley, mint, and so on.
For 1kg new potatoes*:
250g Greek yogurt
100g mayo
2tbsp Dijon mustard
*Normally when making a buffet for around 20 people, I use 2,5-3kg of potatoes, depending on what else (starches, meat and veggies) is on the menu.
